I am now working as a tech for support.com. I have been working for a few months now and it is going great. What I do it mostly answer call for comcast.net. Help people get wifi set up and stuff like that. For the most part the people that call in are cool and I don't mind helping them. A funny call I had this week was this guy who was blaming Comcast for his burnt CDs skipping. I wish I knew what could make someone think that.
